Recommend good apartment/ single family home communities in Virginia

    Hi,

    My family will be relocating from Chicago to Virginia in about a month's time. I have a 10yr old boy in 5th grade.We want to decide the city to live in based on the following:
    1. Good school district
    2. Large Indian community
    3. Safe neighbourhood

    Please suggest some good cities and apartment/ single family home communities which would meet the above criteria.
