Here is The recipe for Mushroom and green peas pulav Mushroom and Peas Pulav Ingredients Olive oil--2 tbs Ghee--1 tbs Basmati rice -- 4 cups Big Onions -- 2 medium size(finely chopped) Ginger and garlic paste-- 3/4 tbs Tomato -- 1 small or 1/2 if medium size Mint leaves -- 3 to 4 sticks full Green chili --I used 1 (or as per spicy preferred) Chili powder-- 1 tbs turmeric powder -- a pinch coriander powder --2 tbs pepper powder -- as per required or optional Mushroom a full box Green peas -- as per required coconut milk -- 1/2 glass mint and coriander leaves for garnishing. Seasoning -------------- cinnamon sticks-- 1/2 inch bay leafs--1 leaf cardamon--1 pepper--5 to 6 fennel seeds-- 1 tbs big jeera-- 1/2 tbs For grinding Grind well the mint leaves chili and 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds. Method Rinse rice and soak it for 10 mins. 1) In a kadai Pour 1 Table spoon full of olive oil and 1 table spoon of ghee once if it gets heated. 2) Add the finely chopped onion if it gets transparent then add gin.gar paste ,grinded item and 1 tbs of salt then fry it until smells down. 3) then add tomatoes fry it until it gets mashed. 4) then add the masala items(chilli pow,coriander pow,turmeric pow) 5) fry it till masala smell turns 6) Then add chopped mushroom and peas mix it well with masala, cook for two to three mins.. 7) Add the soaked rice and mix gently 8) Boil 7 1/2 cup of water with required salt. 9) In a rice cooker pour the boiled water and mix the rice. 10) if the rice gets half cooked pour the coconut milk then close the rice cooker. 11) cook it until done then keep it warm for 10 mins. 12) Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve it with Raita or Veg.Kurma For Raita Fresh low fat yogurt One medium size onion finely chopped Three cucumber skin out and finely chopped one chili Salt and a pinch of ginger garlic paste to taste coriander leaves for garnishing Thank u
