    HI ALL

    Welcome to this thread, I am Working women, and i have PCOS..

    This is my attempt to log all recipes i try , To control Sugar in food, and reduce weight...
    Since i work, i try recipes that can be cooked in less time...Feel free to add your recipe
    which helps for Diabetic and to reduce weight....



    I will be giving recipes and picture of below food..

    1. Broken wheat upma with Veggies
    2. Broken wheat upma with dhil leaves
    3. Broken wheat pongal
    4. Broken wheat Bisebelebath
    5. Upma with veggies
    6. Upma with dhil leaves
    7. Chapati
    8. Brown rice.
    9. Instant wheat dosa.
    10. All types of veg curries....

    hi, thanks a lot , diabetic food can also be taken by normal people to lose weight fast in addition to exercising.hope i get a lot more receipes fro diabetic too

    Thanks for sharing list of recipies which controls Pcos, Weight & insulin level..

    U can add Whole grain/ Brown bread sandwitches, Oats Upma with / without veggies, oats porridge & Soups as well in the list.. Also while making chappathis, i used to add either Raagi / powdered Oats to increase fibre content..

    HI ALL

    Sorry for the delay.. I was waiting for picture, so i could post recipe with picture...

    Today's Update : Veg Salad

    Cut vegetables like carrot,capsicum,cabbage,broccoli,lettuce, into thin pieces..
    Add mushroom pieces into warm water, and let it settle for 30mins...

    1. Cook American corn,Baby corn, carrot, Cabbage, Brocolli,Lettuce,Peas in cooker,SALT with 1 whistle..

    2. Fry onion in olive oil till it turns brown, then add capsicum and fry for 2 mins, then add clove powder,
    jeera powder,pepper powder,chilli flakes and fry for 2mins, then add mushroom and fry for 2mins..

    3. Add little vinegar or soy sause and stir it..

    4. Add all cooked vegetables and coriander leaves,lemon juice give a stir and after 5mins turn of stove..

    5. Add olives,and any sause (Its optional, i added mayonnaise,mustard and pizza sause)..

    This is 1 days lunch in our 5 working days...

    Yes true, Diabetic food is mainly Food with no sugar and less glyemic index to stop insulin resistance..
    It also works well to people who want to loose weight.


    Sure i will share all recipes suitable for PCOS, DIABETIC and foods that can be cooked easily @ home
    for working women...
