Hi Friends, here is the bread halwa recipe I learnt from my MIL. Bread Halwa Ingredients: Bread Slices – 3 Milk – 1 cup Sugar – 1/2 cup Water – 1/2 cup Green cardamom pods – 2 Cashews – 5 Almonds – 5 Raisins – 10 Ghee – 2-3 Tbsp Recipe: Toast the bread slices on a pan applying ghee on both sides and keep aside. Prepare a thick sugar syrup with the sugar and water and add ground cardamom to it. Boil the milk well. Roast the desired dry fruits in ghee and keep aside. Now comes the setting part. Tear the bread slices in a bowl. Pour the sugar syrup evenly on it, and then add the milk. Layer the roasted almonds, cashews and raisins on top and freeze to let it soak well.

Hii dear, sorry for being late.. I tried bread jamun from Yummytummyaarthi.com blog, no need of mix, the jamuns are made of bread soaked in milk.. They were not very soft but got soaked well by next day. And pasta, I made just like upma, added some leftover sausage.
