POMEGRANATE WITH YOGURT & HONEY (serves 1) ½ pomegranate, seeded ½ cup (75 g) plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp pecan or walnut pieces 1 tbsp honey Seed the pomegranate and place the arils in a serving dish. Add the yogurt, and sprinkle nuts on top. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
