Dear friends, Can any of you please provide me the recipe for eggless chocolate cake in pressure cooker? I usually do vanilla sponge cake as it has been eatiny for me tho do that in cooker. Sunday is my anniversary and hence i want to surprise my hubby with chocolate cake. We have guest who are vegetarian so need recipe for eggless call. Thanks in advance
Tarla dalals basic eggless chocolate sponge cake is a fool proof eggless recipe - you can never go wrong with that So many times I have just put together the ingredients without even measuring - make in cooker or otg or microwave. I have even tried to make it in those sandwich makers too !!! Those triangle ones that you make stuffed sandwiches in! and it has worked well!! I have replaced with pineapple essence, I have added tuttifrutti or walnuts or kismis or chocolate sauce - always comes out well !
