Hi, I am a north indian, so really don't know from which specific south indian state this chutney is, but I have had it in Delhi- south indian restaurant. Its a red color spicy chutney, with gun powder in it. I got gun powder many times from a south indian shop, but I dint knwo how to make it. Do u add tomatoes or what? can any1 help?
