makhanas Hi I bought dried lotus seeds they are white in color. how to i make makhanas from them? i tried roasting them dry but they did'nt puff up like the makhanas please tell me what to do. I badly want to try the kheer recipe. please help. shika
Help needed with ginger-garlic paste Hi, I generally dont prepare ginger-garlic paste myslef , but use the ones available in market. My doubt is, sometimes by mistake i add more of it to the curries. Is there any way to reduce its effect, so that the curry does not taste/smell much of it. Sravanthi
more gravy? Hi everybody Hubby and children are very fond of the gravy in the chicken, mutton, prawn curry. The only problem there is not enough gravy....so i add tomatoes...but now it's getting boring... what i would like to know if there is something i can do for having more gravy?.....i also add a lot of onions but it makes them sweeter. thanks in advance. bye
