Hi ladies i tasted maggi broccoli soup recently and loved can any one say how to do this at home thanks in advance
1.cut and wash broccolli and half cook in boiling water .u can also use the stem(cut in small pieces) and leaves.Keep a few whole florets seperate for garnishing. 2.Blend them in a blender with one green chilli and onion. 3.Pour the contents in a vessel with one glass of water,one glass of milk, one spoon of butter,1/2 spoon mustard paste or ginger garlic paste and little salt. 4.allow it to boil mixing now and then for 5 minutes. 5.Add pepper powder according to taste garnish with the few broccolli florets and enjoy it hot hot. Note: I always use milk and butter instead of white sauce. This is my own try and came out well. Boppy
