    Dear Madhu,

I find this receipe very interestiing and i want to try too. Please clarify my doubt.
You have listed sprouted itms you said all the items should be dried separately. How many days should we dry??? Should be dried under the sun or shade??

    Hai Nandini,

Sorry for the late response.:bowdownThe sprouts will dry within three or four days at the max.If dried in shade it may take some more days. You can dry in sun or in shade as your wish.If you started the preparation process well in advance of your requirement, preferable to dry in shade as my mom would say that the sprouts have a tendency to lose their proteins when exposed too much to direct sunlight.
    All the best.
    Love,
    Madhu.
