Hi Do anybody know the recipe for Chipotle -Burrito Bowl? I ,DH and DD love this food.We really miss it after we moved out from US.
Hey, I'm a huge fan of their burrito bowl as well. I've never tried making it at home, but I guess you could with these ingredients: Medium-Long grain rice cooked with a dash of lime and garnished with cilantro (don't know if they cook with lime or add lime juice later) Cooked Black Beans Roasted Onions and Green peppers Lettuce, shredded cheese, sweet corn, salsa, guacamole, sour cream I suspect the secrets may be in the salsas....
I love Chipotle too and crave for it like almost every weekend. Even if I try it at home I don't think I will be able to get the same taste as how they do it. It's always easier for me to go the restaurant and eat it there. :biggrin2: Jaya
