    bascially hello kids have 3 branches in ramamurthy nagar and 2 in KRPURAM,somewhere in ayyappa nagar..totaally 5
    i am planning for somewhere near my house
    more,you mean on the main road or in the kalkere main road...because i heard there are one each in both places....

    Hi everybody,
    The posts here are very nice.I came across this while i was browsing for some wet grinders.
    we were looking for plots/individual houses on 1200sqft land from past 3-4 months.
    I could not find one with good titles and all docs clear.If anybody here has any info on good houses/lands in and around ramamurthynagar then please inform me I will be grateful to you.

    vinu,i feel for 1200,it is little difficult to get a house....if you are planing for some 2nd hand house,i guess its possible but fresh house...i feel its little difficult...i guess you can get it for more than 1800Rs/sqfeet

    i am not 100% sure but hearing the prices discussed around the neighbourhood,i am teling you this...but you can try somewhere near the horamavu layout and in the TC palya main road(towards the end)...

    lets wait for few more help....

    brokers and builders ,mmmm sorry i dont know anyone but we too are looking for some guy...
    will let you know in case i find some relaiable person...meahwhile lets wait for some response from our fellow RM nagar ILites...

    Plots around NRI layout have become costly they are askg Rs2000/sqft ... Why dont you cheque the apartment coming up nearer to Petrol pump on Horamavu Kalkere road last time I checked the price was Rs 20 L you can check there....

    hi friends,,

    just came across RM flats rate yesterday ..almost all the builders have increased the rate like anything

    1st one we saw in TC palaya main road CANOPY .. 3bk cost around 70 to 75 L

    2nd ADITI near uttam sagar hotel ..they also almost close to 70L for 1500sq feet

    3rd SSQUARE in TC palaya .. they r charging around 60

    i want to know the correct land price deatails....

    after checking these information ..im considering 2nd hand house...
    need to check and do RND..
    freinds ls help me give soem inputs..

    Hi Sudha,
    since you are asking searching for a second hand house,i just wanted to bring this to your notice..
    there is one house exactly opposite to mine which the owner is considerng to sell..i am not sure of the sqft...but its an individual house given for rent...
    so its like they are asking 42L for the place...if you say 45L,they are ready for next day registraton too..(heard this from neighbours)
    so if you are interested,i can get the details :)
