    Made with maida, sugar, ghee and milk... hey, i am rearing as far as there is no Sugar Syrup involved.. I still cannot master the syrup funda... God...

    Hi all,

    How are you all.
    I have very wonderful idea.
    If you want Very soft besan ki barfi.
    For that make a dough of besan.After making little little thick roti you can fry it in Ghee.After cooling grind it to powder.
    Now you can follow above method.:thumbsup
