    Being overtly conscious about the food you eat, your weight or body image may result in unhealthy eating habits & occasionally to serious eating disorders. It can also result in serious problems like high BP, heart disease, diabetes, anemia, hair loss, irregular periods & infertility.

    hai healthonmove........little hunger is ok but it should be really little :)
    when talking about kids little hunger also is not okay they need to be properly fed.

    Its True.... But ensure you follow what "Children like what they know and eat what they like." Encourage a wide and varied healthy diet introducing new foods frequently and early. Keep plenty of fruits and vegetables handy, accessible, visible, washed and prepared and literally smile at your kids when they eat them. Avoid encouaging unhealthy eating habit like Eating while watching televison, eating junk food when they are in outing.. Unhealthy eating habits can lead to obesity and other health problems.
