Indians buying in UAE is a very common thing these days. But the question what happens when the current rules will be changed...as you have already seen arab spring brought about soo many sudden changes in govt. policies.And most of them favoring the localities. So even if you buy a property you wont have a guarantee that you can use it for a long time.BtW i know someone who has bought 10 properties in uae(few in abudhabi and mostly in dubai).He got double the profit when he sold his 1st property in 2009.So he decided to buy more properties in UAE.
