Hi All, Can you recommend good websites for real estate buy/sell in india? I am living abroad and have no access to indian newspapers. Are there any good property management companies in blore i.e who can manage finding renters/leases etc? Also does anyone know the real estate prices in Electronic city?
Hi Ashima, Though I havent used any sites, have heard 99acres.com gives good deals. The per square feet rate in electronic city is greater than 3000/- for flats. Most of the builders are quoting around 3500/- though.Not sure about plots.
hi Ashima, If you want property in bangalore i dont think you should trust on any website. 99acres give good deals but everything posted there n't be true. I contacted many people through that site few were really good and genuine but couldn't finalize. Electronic city is really very costly but good place to live. You can contact Arathukullam developers and royal shelter. Few of my friend have good experience with these two. you know i was looking for residential plot in elec city and met two frauds, finally i got one near KR Puram with a local agent. Good luck.
