Hi friends. We have been looking for an apartment in Pune for long time. Recently I cam to know from one of my friends that there is a residential real estate project going on near Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pune office . The porject is going be completed sometime between november and december as she said.She bought a new flat there recenly as there are only 2/3 flats available for sale or may be surrendered/canceled(not sure) and she bought one of such 3 bedroom flats for 45 lacs there.SHe also said there are 2 more available in 7th and 8th floor and the booking advance is 1 lac.She is basically from Pune and knows that place very well.As I told her that we are also looking for such a project closed to CTS office and if she can give me the location details or reator's name, she said she can't remember.I checked with her several times , but she avoids to leak out any more information.I will be greatful if any of my IL friends can give me the details like what projects are going on there near cognizant office , at what stage/prices or if you know the contact info or link to the builders website. This is realy urgent for us. Thanks in advance.
