Football fans turned hooligans on Sunday night in Kolkata, resulting in major violence, death of a fan and significant damage to the property of one of city’s leading luxury resorts.The incident occurred in Rajarhat where supporters of two local football clubs clashed with bombs and firearms after a match in which Vedic Village resort and spa suffered major damages. The clash broke out soon after the match between two local clubs from north Kolkata's Cossipore.
How can the authorities let things go out of hand like this... Witsend Is it me or the police in West Bengal is totally useless? People just keep going on rampage after rampage in the state and police does nothing. I think we all should send out chooriyan to them. They will look very good in their henna covered hands. :rant
