those were the days. where people did not bother about money or fame. That was why even mighty kings could not venture to throw him out. And he reformed the Srirengam Temple and spearheaded the path of love and devotion while people were busy doing the rituals to appease minor gods.

You are right. One should not write the name of Ram Dev in the same sentence where Ramanuja's name is written. a very cryptic comment on the current state of affairs.
