Hi everyone. Here's a simple Rajasthani recipe from our old neighbour,a Marwari Aunty. Guava Curry-At home when guavas are not sweet we don't know what to do.This is a good idea. In a pan add some oil.Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder and stir. Then add the chopped guava and sauté it.Add some water and allow to cook.Add a pinch of sugar if desired(they don't add).Add salt and stir.Add coriander and serve. If you want you can even add some beaten yoghurt and cook.In a similar way, cucumber curry too is made.
