    Radish Salad
    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1) 20 Radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
    2) 12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
    3) 1/3 cup orange juice
    4) 2 tbs. lemon juice

    Method:

    Combine all the ingredients add salt and pepper. Toss well. Chill and serve.
