Spicy Chicken 65 Ingredients: .2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs .2 cloves .1 cinnamon .1 piece of cardamom .1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste .2 tsp red chilli powder .2 tsp rice, maida and cornflour .1 egg .Red food colour .2 cups curd .10 Green chilies .Lime juice .Vegetable oil for frying. Salt according to taste Garnish: Chopped coriander Onions (chopped, stir fried in oil) garnishing Method .In a bowl, combine cornflour, maida, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, egg, spices, little water and salt. Make a thick batter. .Add the chicken pieces and marinate for about an hour. .Deep fry the soaked chicken until golden brown. .In a sauce pan, heat oil, fry chicken pieces for one more time with slit green chillies, curd, red color and salt. .Fry about 5 minute. .Garnish with chopped coriander and fried onions. Tasty chicken 65 is ready.

Soyabean Pancake Ingredients 1 cup soyabeans 3 tbsp whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp black pepper salt to taste To be mixed into a topping 3/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 2 tsp oil Method .Soak the soyabeans in water overnight. Next day wash, drain and discard the water. .Grind with enough water in a mixer to make a smooth batter. .Add the wheat flour, pepper and salt and mix well. Keep aside. .Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. .Spread 2 tablespoons of the batter to form a pancake of 125 mm (5") diameter. .Spread 1 tablespoon of the topping on it and press it gently so it sticks to the pancake. .Cook on both sides till golden brown using a little oil. .Serve hot with mint and onion chutney.

There is another type of banana dosa I make for my g.son.It is the usual wheat flour dosa, but I add mashed banana and a little powdered oats, nuts, grated coconut, and raisins.I drop a tablespoonful on a tawa and make little ones, which he can hold and bite.It sure is a hit with him.Usually this is for his lunch, and when time permits I make designs like smileys or make them resembling bunnies with eyes etc.
