hello all, I'm wondering if anyone here could help me with my Hindi... My question is, how does one know when to put "ne" (ने) after the person/subject in a sentence? I know it depends on certain kinds of verbs, in the past tense but I am confused as to when to use "ne..." help a tamilian student out? thank you everyone!
Consider this example: Ram called Seetha for help ... Translation: Ram ne seetha se madhadh poocha..... if u can be more elaborate on ur doubt i can probably explain..... (m not an expert though)

it is mostly in first person contiuous 'aap ne aise kyon kiya', Tum ne mujhe kyo bulaya'.. u an make ur own such examples.. my very simple way of teaching grammar to my kids...hindi or english... it shuld sound easy and correct to yourself..then in 9 out of 10 cases u r right
