    Excellent period after May 2013. Since 10th lord (occupation) is placed very well in 10th house, no issues seen. Also Budha, the 10th lord, happens to be badak planet for your horoscope, it hinders your career progression. Suggest pray for Lord Vishnu and recite vishnu sahasranamam regularly. This will remove all obstacles.
