    Dear Presci,

I think you would have got the answer by now. Sorry I was late.

You can cook till three whistles and it should be tender by that time. What I do is to cook in the pressure cooker at high till the steam drops off under the weight and then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. 15 minutes is enough if the mutton is tender and light pinkish in colour and 20 minutes will be needed for the ripe and the darker variety.

    Hi Saroj,

Can you tell me the method you used, to cook the chicken?
Actually cooker is not needed to cook chicken, you can cook in a pan itself.
If it is for some type of curry, you can add a little curd and marinate for sometime before cooking. the chicken will come out soft and it will not crumble when you cook.

    Dear Priya,

I have given Shrimp fried Rice in the Non Veg Recipes by Eljaype thread for which
    http://www.indusladies.com/forums/41710-post82.html is the link.

Instead of shrimps, add shredded chicken and just follow the recipe. You'll get it right. Ok Try it out and let me know.

    Hi,

Today we bought Shark Fish meat (Sura Meen). Please can anybody help me with the "Sura Puttu" Recipe? I have never tasted nor cooked it, but we thought of trying that recipe with someone's help.

If someone know the procedure, please do share with us the recipe for "Sura Puttu". Thanks.
