You want to know how I make or how I cook it? I marinate it with curd, lemon, garlic+ginger pastes, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt then I grill in the broiler the bottom part of then oven when you are ready to cook heat up the broiler.Remove the chicken chunks from the yogurt and place them on an oiled broiling pan.Cook the chicken in the broiler for 15 minutes.Turn the chicken once while cooking. If cooking with bone may take alittle longer:)

Check out the videos at www.vahrehvah.com ; the chef gives the method & also tips to grill kebab, tandoori etc.
He keeps in 'baking' part of oven only ;; what is 'broiler' part ?? Is it the topmost rack of the 'baking' part ?

There is 2 doors the oven which is the big door then below this is another smaller door that is the broiler. you see on the oven temp there is the last one it say broil you put it on that and it heats up the broiler for you.

Yes you can use as long as all the pan is lined with foil.

If he likes chicken you could try Kathi Kababs. Its simple and quick.
First make medium size phulkas a bit thick with maida dough made in Milk and water 1/2 quantity. and keep aside. Now make some boneless chicken masala the way we make chicken masala. Fry onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, mutton masala, coconut paste, add marinated boneless chicken pieces, salt some water and cook. It cooks fast. Now add some butter to the tawa add one egg and put the half done phulka on it. Bake the other side well. Now put it in plate add some chicken masala, onion rings, corriander, in the middle of phulka in line and now make a role. Thats it.
Try if you like it and let me know
