    I have no idea in that regard as my husband is born in non -retro country.
    Last i saw EB3 was in 2001

    hi ladies:wave
    ihave just come across this site and found it to be among the best in interactions. iam new member of IL. and presntly living in tempe. many of you h4 ladies are doing a pretty good job in staying busy. has any one undergone the AOS and EAD process. please advice me on the same in detail. i'll be obliged .......hey anyone in tempe area ?

    Hi princeessv..u r right,i am new here as well...keep reading about the EAD n its making me so glad!
    i am wanting to work, husbands' GC might be applied soon...so r u all saying one can work while her spouse's GC is under process??

    How to Apply for EAD

    Friends,
    I don't understand what is the different between H4 and EAD. I'm going to be a H4 wife soon. I have over 3 years of experience in Management side. I want to work continue my work. My going-to-be husband is in H1. Can I apply for EAD once I came to US?

    My Situation:
    I'm working for a US based company which has its development center in india (software company). But legally our offshore development center acts as a separate company in india. So, L1 is not possible. Any ways to work in US? with my parents company? Is it possible to work from home for my parent company?

    Please let me know. I'm in a very big confusion.

    Hi,

    You are going to come to US in H4 status which is a dependent status. so you cannot work here in US in any form in your H4 status. If will affect your husband's h1 status if you are against it.

    If your husband has applied for Green card then you can apply for EAD after labor approval. until then you have to stay at home as a housewife. The only way to engage yourself is plan to study something here in US. or do some online courses which will help you to build your career after you get your EAD
