Question Of Survival

QUESTION OF SURVIVAL ​

IN AN OPEN AIR STAGE meet, attended by many octogenerians and nonogenerians , I was called up to the stage. I ambled over a ramp with a support of a cane and took my seat.

With broad smile, the young anchor lady (L) queried: "Sir, Do you still go to the doctor often?"
I said, "Yes, often"
L asked, "Why?"
I said, "Patients must go to the doctor often! Only then doctor can survive!"
The audience clapped and cheered for my response.

Then next L asked :
"Do you then go to the pharmacist?"
I replied: "Of course, because the pharmacist has also to survive."
Another round of deafening applause.
L shot the next question to me, "Do you take medicine?"
I said, "No! I often throw it away because I also want to survive!"
The clapping rent the sir. Audience laughed even more.
Then L finally uttered: "Thank you for coming over for this interview!"
Then I quipped: "You're welcome ! I know, you have to survive too!"
The audience burst into laughter and cheers, which lasted for a long time!

Host asked another question to me "Do you often chat in your group?"
Then I replied : "Yes, I also want to survive! If I don't chat, everyone will think I'm dead, and group admin will delete me!"

It is said this my joke might be ranked #1 in the world, because "you see. Everyone Has to Live!"
