Question about 1 year old nutrition

Dear Friends,

DS will be 1 year old in 2 days! Can't believe an entire day just went by.
This is what has happened past so many weeks that I have been off.

DS self weaned himself from day feeds on his own. I used to BF 8 AM and 5 PM, but DS did not ask for these feeds one fine day!

Currently this is his schedule:

Wake up betwwen 6 to 7 am.
Breakfast: Oats + fruits at 7:30 to 8 AM
Mid morning snack: Some porrdige/appams 10 AM
Formula: 10:30 AM 4oz
Lunch: Rice/Roti/Dal/Dosa any of this along with Dal/Sambar/Chutney/Yogurt: 12:30 PM
Nap: 1: 30 to 3 PM
Formula: Upon waker up 4 oz
Snack: Banana/or some seasonal fruit at 4:30 PM
Dinner: 6:30 PM
3-4 Oz bottle of milk prior to bedtime
Bed between: 8 to 8:30 PM


DS wakes up for comfort still

He sleeps for a stretch of 7-8 hours and drinks milk between 3 to 4 am, and sleeps until 6:15 AM
Now, he sometimes goes to sleep after gentle rocking etc if I dont offer milk. But it does take effort for him to go to sleep without giving him milk. However, then he wakes up way too soon, i.e between 4:30 Am and 5 AM. So I am stuck with this feeding. Since I would like to not wake up in wee hours of morning and go to work after that.
There have been times when he has woken up at 1:30 AM and went to sleep until 5:30 AM, when I breastfeed, but more often he wakes up between 3 to 4 am.

My question to you all is:

1. After how many hours do you offer milk to your 1 year old?
2. Can babies sleep for a stretch of 10-12 hours without drinking milk?
3. DS has never been given cows milk. Can i directly graduate to whole milk or should I start with toned milk?
4. DS still comfort feeds on breast few minutes before wake up. Im not planning to wean him off that feed yet. Love that early morning cuddling with my LO
