query abt using refrigerater

Dear IL's, Im planning to buy a new fridge... but im confused vther 2 buy single door or double door... coz many saying like double door consumes more power than single door... is it true? pl help me...

Finally, what model have you bought?

In single door fridge, it is difficult to maintain the freezer and in double door there is no such problem. so I would prefer double door fridge.

Try to Buy refrigerator which has Energy star label on it.
Star Rating System that ranges from One Star (least energy efficient, thus least money saved) to Five Stars (most energy efficient, thus most money saved).
