BTW,my baby is 6 months old.Can i start dry fruits for him?
Also pls guide me whether icecreams can be given???
can u gimme the meal schedule which u follow,juss to have an idea.

I'am not planning to introduce icecream to my baby before 2,3 yrs.6 month old cannot chew dry fruits.
I'am trying to introduce as much fruits and veg as possible.
I give him greenbeans,peas,squash,carrots,sweetpotatoes,avacados,banana,pears,apples,peaches,mangoes etc.Everything except for banana and avacados should be cooked and pureed.I also give him rice,oatmeal and mixed gain cereal.
I use earth's best choice brand cereals and I mostly make my veg and fruits except for squash.I give him toor/moong dal rice with ghee and veg in afternoons.Recently I have started him on yogurt and will be giving cheese soon.

Do u mean Earth's best choice is the name of the brand.
How do u prepare squash?

 

Yes Earth's Best choice is the organic cereal I use.I do not make squash.I cook other veg and fruits .Its easy Peel,cut,steam and grind(You can get more info on the website I refered in my last post).I make food for 2-3 days at a time and freeze it.
