Day -5: 78.5 kgs
I am 60 kgs but I look obese as I am short with a small frame.
Ok...i am just take small quantities of regular food in this whole week...I will do keto diet from next week onwards
Yes I am eating little less than my usual intake. Please share diet friendly dinner ideas that can keep me satiated.
Day -6: 78.4 kgs
i am also doing IF from June 1, 2020 and managed to loose 2 kgs so far.
Starting weight: 83.2
Current Weight: 80.3
Target weight: 65
Doing 16.8 fasting
Not much OF DIETING...
