    Like I said with continuous IF , with not even a day's break and workouts. U have also done a pretty good job, 10kilos not an easy one. Kudos to u for that.

    I'm beginning a #21 days life change challenge, towards a fitter and organized life. Like waking up, workouts, sleep all at a scheduled manner (same time of the day everyday), activity with kids, teaching slogams to them, cultivating organized life style for them too, and so on. Any of you interested can join me.

    I am following IF from Jan 27 2020. Initially I didn’t see any weight loss or inch loss but now past few weeks I see changes in weight n inch loss. We have to be consistent in IF and be patience. We will see results.
