    Dear Custard,

    Apart from seeing you occasionally in the FP forum when you bring in some excellent posts, I have not interacted with you.

    Today, I checked out the latest post you nominated and then followed up the links you provided and lo behold, I discover a very interesting Custard!

    Enjoyed reading the two threads you have presented and am in the process of sprouting moong!!

    Keep up the good work. I am surprised that your threads have not yet been nominated for the FP of the month.

    dear all,

    you all gave very useful informations about using sprouts and pulses.

    here is mine too.

    make two three different varieties of sprouts like peas, green gram, chenna etc. drain the water completely and roast in a kadai in slow fire until it is fully cryspy. keep aside. put little oil in the kadai add salt, kayam, kari patha and red mirchi powder. switch off the gas and mix the roasted sprouts with the toppings. allow it to cool completely and keep in a container. It is lovely snack item.

    while eating you can add smashed potato, onion , corriander leaves and tomato to make it more colorful and tasty.

    Hello Ganges, Thanks for sharing....
    Its actually a very healthy recipe as Sprouts are not cooked completely.... it helps to retain Vitamin C.
    Yes.... whats Kayam & Kari Patha?
