Kovil puliogare is special, (usually given/sold at Vaishnavaite Temples) and lasts the longest in hot weather as well. The long-lasting property is due to the level of Turmeric (anti-fungal) in the mix. Aren't there puliogare recipes in the internet ? Most of the recipes you find on youtube are pretty close to the same. The critical points are 1. learn to buy and make long grain rice 2. add extra turmeric 3. eat the day-after or later (not on the same day you make it) 4. go low on the salt Good luck... here are some of the recipes....
