Puffiness in fingers

Hi all,

Iam hema living in Qatar from 2007 Sep. I have a daughter who is 3 yrs. My delivery is C-section. After delivery i had some itchiness in hands and leg during menstruation, but after 5-10 mts it will automatically subside. I consulted a gyne, but she told that she never heard a complaint like this, so i didnt take any med. after that i changed my napkins (always brand name) then my itchiness automatically disappeared. I was very happy, but last month 1 week b4 menstruation i got some puffiness in fingers. Iam very much worried. Can anyone help me
