Psoriasis And Allergic Rhinitis Treatment

Hi ladies,

To give you a brief, my husband is suffering with psoriasis for past 15 years, it's on and off sometimes severe(people suffering with psoriasis knows better).

He used to take medication but the medicine is acting against iron levels, his iron levels are dropping and all the time he is very tired, so we tried homeopathy, it's a big task he needs to apply oil 3 times a day and sit in sunlight every time atleast 20minutes, and avoid nonveg for 6 to 9 minutes.
He is OK with it.

But the thing he is in marine automation industry, he needs to travel very frequently to overseas(up and down most of times) say almost 3 weeks in a month he will be travelling,
So it's being big task for him to follow, he doesn't want to go to English medicine saying he is becoming tired.

All are suggesting for psoriasis he needs to manage his stress levels, but it's very difficult because of his job nature he is not even getting time for exercises also.

So requesting You all to suggest any good homeo or ayurvedic doctor( anywhere in India)

And my self and both my kids suffering from allergic rhinitis(most of the times a bad cough or nose problem or sneezing)

We are taking treatment but we r unable to get rid completely, for this also checking good homeo or ayurvedic doctors, please suggest if any known contacts with good reviews.
