Meena, Provident iss the budget homes wing of purvankara. and cosmo city is a budget apartment. this was initially floated when purvankara was in problems with windmiere floored for no approvals, and swan lake also having problems with approvals. the initial offer was too good to believe 1600, with lot their customers requested to look into this. this is an budget flat with no fringes. if it is investment, the rent on the flat will not be high. you get what is discussed or displayed according to their model flats, even a extra switch costs you.
