Thought-provoking proverbs! Dear Mrs Chitra, I loved the 12th proverb for it is so true, the one who doesnt have it, is the one who possesses 'it' the most! A couple of proverbs from me...again don't know if these appeared here before... a. Utraar azha azha cholluva, ooraar sirikka sirikka cholluva! Parents cry on your mistakes, the world laughs at them! Mom used this one when my bro and I wouldn't listen to her advice. b. Aata adicha anni-oda seri, maata aadicha madhyanathoda seri!! Make meat and it gets over the same day, make beef and it gets over the very afternoon! Mom used this one often to describe the way my dad, bro and I gobbled up all/any type of food she would make!
