Any idea how to do Release deed to transfer property from my Mom to myself, property is bought by me but was registered in mom's name. No sibling objection issues. I spoke to one of the lawyers, he said his charges are 25000 Rs and 3% property market value, does it look right? Any ideas. any recommendations, property is flat and located in Hyderabad.:spin
I believe you can get it registered under your name as a "gift" from your mom to you. That is what happened with a land which we had purchased a while ago. I think we paid around 15 or 20k for the registration itself.
