Progestrone supplements

Hi,

Iam in the 8 th week of pregnancy. Iam taking naturogest along with folvite. I take one capsule of naturogest orally after dinner and its working fine for me.

I too was very concerned initially as doctor did not perform any tests before prescribing the tablet. However it proved fine with me.

pls tell me, what is meaning for progestrone???? one more doubt, Is any food helps to increase the HCG level????

Anybody having constipation problem with progesteron? I am in 9th week and have been prescribed naturogest.I am feeling heavy constipation for past two weeks.My stools are very hard to pass and the bowels are never fully clear.It feels so uncomfortable all the time.Gync prescribed duphalac for constipation if i feel so.I am taking it regularly,but no use.Read on internet that constipation is due to progestrone secretion,normal during pregnancy.On top of that i am taking supliments also.The whole thing is so unnerving.I dont feel like eating anything and heavy all the time.

Anybody having similar issue.................??????
