    Hello kanaka
thanx for the tips. I might add that along with these check ur calcium, low body calcium can also give risi to low backache & also any gynec problams ,so if that is there get treatment for same along with the correct posture & working conditions.

    Hi Kanaka and others,

I just want to update you all my back pain's relief.

I did mention that I have extreme back pain for the last 2 months and after consulting my GP, I was suggested to see physical therapist and I was going thro' PT for the last 6 weeks, not much of relief.

Well, I saw an ad in SUN TV one day about this pain balm MOOV. I got a tube of MOOV from an Indian grocery and asked my hubby to rub all over my lower/upper back. This MOOV did the trick that no physician or therapist could do. I am applying MOOV every day for the last week and I am able to sleep better bcos of painfree back and also, the stiffness in my back has reduced a great deal during day, I am able to carry on my activities reasonably normally. My Back pain is not bcos of lack of exercise ( as I am active physically and my body is very flexible), calcium,or whatever the normal issues that cause the pain.. It is muscular and I strongly recommend MOOV for people who are struggling with back pain.. Try it out and enjoy a painfree back/life.

    Take care,
    Geeth Priya.
