Vimjothi : Its not hard. The water bottles are very thin plastic. Can easily cut with craft scissors. I used only craft scissors. Just half inch above the base, poke one sharp- end of scissor to make a hole. Enter scissor and cut off. Then trim the disc as you like.

Hi Swarna,

Very nice flowers. I tried doing this last month after seeing an video on tube but i had made mistake. I dint cut half inch above the base so dint come properly. I shall try again and paint Thanks for the idea.
