Hi ILite buddies, Any one of you know how to prepare our own yoghurt at home, long time before i heard that we have to mix the fresh milk and the milk available in carton but i don't know the correct proportion anyone of u know , if so please kindly share the secret with me...... with regards...... :cheers nitheka
Hi, Boil milk. If summer, cool it & then add yoghurt to it, if winter u can add yoghurt while it is warm, then only it will ferment. For 2 glasses of milk, u can add quarter glass of yoghurt. Mix it well. Next day curd will be ready. I use Almarai milk.
