pregnency after tubectomy...is it possible???

hai frnds...
im mom of 2kids....one is 7 and other is 4 and i got tubectomy after my second kid..its almost 4 yrs...like after 8 mnths of second delivery....both were c-sections only..and now my hubby wants to have one more.....and im also a little bit willing....so now the doubt is is it possible???
and if i go for reversal surgery..thn am i sure to get kid....im so confused...and do i really need to get one...????
because in first discussion i said to my hubby tht we can adopt a orphon kid instead of delivering one....but he wants his own..what do you say???
