Pregnant ladies in Malaysia?

    Hi all!
    As I just found this website, I'm hoping to find some ladies in the same position as I am... I'm 8 weeks pregnant now with my first BB.
    Are there any pregnant women active here? Or some mums to give me some advice?
    I've been doing good the past weeks, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the morning sickness... why do they call it that?? It's keeping me busy all day and night! Does anyone have any tips?

    Hi Anna,
    I too experienced morning sickness during my pregrancies. By the way I have two girls. They are in their teens now.
    I was advised to take dry toast every morning and plain tea. It did help. Avoid oily and spicy food. Once you begin to feel better, start taking lots of milk and fresh fruit juice.
