Hi, Now a days everyone is opting for yoga/hot yoga/power yoga to stay fit and active and to lose oodles of weight soon...! Just wanted to know what actually is difference between yoga and power yoga and is it really effective? Is there any particular diet that needs to be followed while practicing this type of yoga. This Power yoga seems to be hot favorite with all the celebrities in B-Town. Thought to know your views before actually going for it... Will look forward to all your inputs. Thanks a lot.
