Hi everyone ! Was toying around with this idea of joining power bhangra for quite some time , but not been able to do so with 2 kids ! Was wondering if stay at home Mums would be intersted to form a group and rather then spending outside , We start from home ! Just to give brief idea about the same its a sort of a dance exercises ! Best for the people those who are Bored with the gym routine or other traditional forms of exercise and still not able to loose weight and loose interst over a period of time ! It is therapeutic, thus an excellent form of exercise Motivation comes from a group and more the enthusiatic participants , more the merrier ! Perfect , Intersting way to burn those extra kilos without spending a fortune and best way to make friends those who love to live life to the fullest ! Look forward to hear from enthusiatic ladies ! Hey Shivani, Well thats a great idea but do lemme know how do u plan to start it.i would be keen to do it as i dont like to go to the gym lol and thats why unfortunately i m not able to lose weight :-( but would definitely want to join the power bhangra. Take care Rakhee
Hi Rakhee A grp of around 5 ppl what would make an ideal grp ! have cpl of Bhangra No's to keep us going ! To begin with , We'll start from home ! We could have classes twice a week !
