Avoid anything which comes in package. - Include vegetables and nuts in your diet as much as possible. - Chilly can be avoided for 1st 6 week. - Stay hydrated. - Eat good carbs and fats. - Sleep as much as you can it helps to boost milk supply like charm also helps to settle down hormones. - You will not have to worry for weight loos if your intake is clean and healthy. - Start some stretches, kegels and weights when you feel you are ready.
