Do you guys take certification exams? Have you taken Practice Exam, such as Measure Up. They say take real exam once you get 100 out of 100 in practice exam. I been through all the questions in practice exam and it is easy to get OVER-CONFIDENT and not read question carefully. I am noticing that no matter how alert i try to be, I end up falling short of 100 b/c of silly error. How to overcome this?
Is this a specific recommendation for the certification that you are testing for? Or a general rule of thumb? Do you need a 100% to pass? I don’t know which exam this is but as long as you are scoring comfortably above the lower cutoff for passing the examination you are prepared. Keep practicing of course but don’t sweat a few points here and there.
Practice practice practice. Google for tips. I cleared certification exam recently with many attempts. They need min 84 percent something for passing. You will learn more and more with practice. Don’t give up
Microsoft has strange scoring system of 700 out of 1000. Doesn't mean it's 70%. I am using MeasureUp. In past practice exam softwares they say keep practicing till you get 100 out of 100 - only then write the real exam.
Many attempts? At the actual exam? Must have cost lot of $$$$. My goodness. You are right, practice, practice, practice.
